摘  要:目的:本文旨在探讨2023年4月23日~6月16日,本院两台过氧化氢低温等离子体灭菌器发生的16次快速型生物监测阳性事件的原因,并分析相应的处置措施。方法:通过厂家工程师对灭菌器的多次调试与维修,以及设备科、院感科、护理部和消毒供应中心四部门联合综合分析与改进。结果:更换过氧化氢灭菌液后自6月22日起,连续10个月灭菌运行337锅次,每锅次负载生物监测均呈阴性。结论:2023年4月份的阳性事件可能与灭菌器性能不足,如过氧化氢抽吸管道和门密封性问题密切相关;而2023年5月和6月的阳性事件可能与过氧化氢灭菌液浓度不足有较大关联。Objective:The purpose of this paper is to explore the causes of 16 positive rapid biological monitoring events in two hydrogen peroxide cryogenic plasma sterilizers in our hospital from April 23 to June 16,2023,and analyze the corresponding disposal measures.Methods:Through the repeated debugging and maintenance of the sterilizer by the manufacturer engineer,and the joint comprehensive analysis and improvement of the equipment department,hospital infection department,nursing department and disinfection supply center.Results:After the replacement of hydrogen peroxide sterilization solution,since June 22,337 pans have been sterilized for 10 consecutive months,and each pan load biological monitoring was negative.Conclusion:The positive events in April 2023 may be closely related to the inadequate performance of sterilizers,such as issues with hydrogen peroxide suction pipes and door sealing;The positive events in May and June 2023 may be closely related to insufficient concentration of hydrogen peroxide sterilization solution.
