摘　　要：目的:探究消毒供应中心开展医疗器械清洗质量控制管理对预防院内感染的影响。方法:抽取2022年7月~2024年7月本院消毒供应中心回收的560件待清洗医疗器械,根据管理方法的不同进行分组。其中,2023年7月前回收的280件进行常规清洗管理设为对照组;2023年7月后回收的280件进行医疗器械清洗质量控制管理设为研究组。对比两组医疗器械清洗各个流程的合格率、清洗质量控制效果以及院内感染率等情况。结果:研究组医疗器械清洗各个流程的合格率较对照组显著偏高(P<0.05)。研究组包装质量、消毒质量、清洗质量等指标控制效果评分较对照组显著偏高(P<0.05)。研究组因医疗器械致院内感染的发生率为0.71%较对照组的5.36%显著偏低(P<0.05)。结论:医院消毒供应中心开展医疗器械清洗质量控制管理,可有效提高清洗、消毒各流程的合格率,促使清洗质量控制效果明显提升,对预防院内感染具有积极的影响。Objective:To explore the influence of quality control management of medical equipment cleaning in disinfection supply center on the prevention of nosocomial infection.Methods:560 medical devices to be cleaned recovered from the disinfection supply center of our hospital from July 2022 to July 2024 were selected and grouped according to different management methods.Among them,280 pieces recovered before July 2023 were set as the control group for routine cleaning management;The 280 pieces recovered after July 2023 were set up as research groups for quality control management of medical device cleaning.The qualified rate,cleaning quality control effect and nosocomial infection rate of each process of the two groups were compared.Results:The qualified rate of each process of medical device cleaning in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The score of packaging quality,disinfection quality and cleaning quality in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of nosocomial infection caused by medical devices in the study group was 0.71%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(5.36%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:The quality control management of medical device cleaning in hospital disinfection supply center can effectively improve the qualification rate of each process of cleaning and disinfection,promote the effect of cleaning quality control obviously,and have a positive impact on the prevention of nosocomial infection.
