摘　　要：目的:探讨环节质控模式的消毒供应中心高水平消毒器械物品的洗消质量管理是否能达到预期提高清洗消毒合格率的结局,开发出一套适用于消毒供应中心器械洗消质量管理的管理方案。方法:选取本院消毒供应中心2022年6月~2023年6月回收的200件用常规质控措施的高水平消毒器械物品为对照组,2023年8月~2024年2月消毒供应中心回收的200件高水平消毒器械物品为质控组。对照组采用洗消质量管理所用常规质量管理措施,质控组在对照组基础上增加环节质控模式干预。统计分析两组高水平消毒器械物品的回收合格率、清洗合格率;统计分析高水平消毒器械物品消毒合格率及经保存7d、14d、30d、60d、90d、120d,150d,180d后的表面菌落数;统计分析两组高水平消毒器械物品洗消后工作人员的满意度。结果:质控组高水平消毒器械物品的回收合格率、清洗合格率、消毒合格率均高于对照组(P<0.05),经保存7d、14d、30d、60d、90d、120d、150d、180d后的表面菌落数均少于对照组(P<0.05),器械洗消后工作人员的物品发放、回收、科室沟通、服务满意度及整体满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:环节质控模式可提高消毒供应中心高水平消毒器械物品的回收合格率、清洗合格率、消毒合格率,减少高水平消毒后的表面菌落数,同时提高工作人员的满意度,加强对消毒供应中心器械供应的管理。Objective:To explore whether the decontamination quality management of high-level disinfection equipment in the disinfection supply center of the link quality control mode can achieve the expected result of improving the qualified rate of cleaning and disinfection,and to develop a management scheme suitable for the decontamination quality management of disinfection supply center.Methods:200 high-level disinfection instruments recovered by the disinfection supply center of our hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 with routine quality control measures were selected as the control group,and 200 high-level disinfection instruments recovered by the disinfection supply center from August 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the quality control group.The control group adopted the conventional quality management measures used in decontamination quality management,and the quality control group added the link quality control mode intervention on the basis of the control group.The qualified rate of recycling and cleaning of the two groups of high-level disinfection equipment was analyzed statistically.The qualified rate of disinfection of high-level disinfection instruments and the number of surface colonies after storage for 7,14,30,60,90,120,150 and 180 days were statistically analyzed.The satisfaction degree of the staff in the two groups of high level disinfection equipment after washing was analyzed statistically.Results:The qualified rate of recycling,cleaning and disinfection of high-level disinfection equipment in the quality control group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the number of surface colonies after 7,14,30,60,90,120,150 and 180 days of storage was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of the staff’s satisfaction with item distribution,item recovery,department communication,service and overall satisfaction were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The link quality control mode can improve the qualified rate of recycling,cleaning and disinfectio
