品管圈活动对手术室高值耗材管理质量的提升评价

摘　　要：目的:分析品管圈活动对提升手术室高值耗材管理质量的价值。方法:本院于2023年6月在手术室高值耗材管理中运用品管圈活动,将2022年6月~2023年5月的72件手术室高值耗材作为对照组,将2023年6月~2024年5月的72件手术室高值耗材作为研究组,分析品管圈活动实施前后手术室高值耗材正确使用率、日常工作缺陷、医护人员满意度。结果:研究组手术室高值耗材正确使用率明显较高,与对照组存在显著差异(P<0.05);研究组日常工作缺陷发生率明显较低,与对照组存在显著差异(P<0.05);研究组医护人员满意度评分明显较高,与对照组存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:在手术室高值耗材管理中开展品管圈活动具有重要价值,可促进手术室高值耗材正确使用率以及科室医护人员满意度提升,同时还可降低日常工作缺陷率,是一种高质量管理措施。Objective:To analyze the value of quality control circle activities in improving the management quality of high-value consumables in operating rooms.Methods:In June 2023,our hospital implemented the Quality Control Circle(QCC)activity in the management of high-value consumables in the operating room.We took 72 items of high-value consumables in the operating room from June 2022 to May 2023 as the control group and 72 items from June 2023 to May 2024 as the study group.We analyzed the correct usage rate of high-value consumables in the operating room,daily work defects,and the satisfaction of medical staff before and after the implementation of the QCC activity.Results:The correct utilization rate of high-value consumables in the operating room of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of daily work defects in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction score of medical staff in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is of great value to carry out quality control circle activities in the management of high-value consumables in the operating room,which can promote the correct utilization rate of high-value consumables in the operating room and improve the satisfaction of medical staff in the department,and also reduce the defect rate of daily work.It is a high-quality management measure.
