摘　　要：在新工科建设的核心理念引领下,工科教育不再局限于单纯的技术传授,而是更加注重工程实践、创新思维和跨学科素质的培养。这一转变不仅体现了工程教育的现代化趋势,也凸显了社会与产业对人才需求的转变。为了满足这种新型需求,高校教学管理模式也必须进行创新与升级。旨在分析新工科建设理念下高校教学管理模式现状,并提出加强教学管理水平的有效对策,为高校提供有力的理论支持和实践指导。在教学管理过程中,教师是主要引导人,需要学生的积极配合与教师的倾囊相授才能达到最佳效果。Under the guidance of the core concept of new engineering education construction,engineering education is no longer limited to simply imparted technology,but pays more attention to the cultivation of engineering practice,innovative thinking and interdisciplinary quality.This change not only reflects the modernization trend of engineering education,but also highlights the transformation of the demand for talents in society and industry.In order to meet this new demand,the teaching management mode of colleges and universities must also be innovated and upgraded.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the current situation of university teaching management model under the new engineering construction concept,and put forward effective countermeasures to strengthen the teaching management level,so as to provide powerful theoretical support and practical guidance for universities.In the process of teaching management,teachers are the main guide,and only the active cooperation of students and teachers’dedication can achieve the best results.
