全流程“四位一体”课程思政体系构建——基于“财务管理”课程思考

摘　　要：教育的根本任务是立德树人,落实立德树人根本任务的战略举措是课程思政建设。“财务管理”课程是经管本科专业的必修和核心课程,在人才培养中具有重要的基础地位。基于我国资本市场成长和发展的实践,将专业教育与思政教育有机融合,构建了教学内容、教学过程、教学方法、教学考核“四位一体”的全流程课程思政体系,帮助学生了解相关专业和行业领域的国家战略、法律法规和相关政策,引导学生深入社会实践、关注现实问题,培育学生经世济民、诚信服务、德法兼修的职业素养。Building morality and cultivating talents is the basic task of the education.The strategic measure to implement this fundamental task is the construction of curriculum ideology and politics.Financial Management is a compulsory and core course for undergraduate majors in Economics and Management,which plays an important foundational role in talent cultivation.The article is based on the practice of the growth and development of China’s capital market,integrating professional education with ideological and political education,and constructing a“Four in One”full-process system of“teaching content,teaching process,teaching methods and teaching assessment”.The organic integration of professional elements and ideological and political elements will help students understand national strategies,laws and regulations and relevant policies in relevant majors and industry fields,guide students to deepen social practice,pay attention to practical problems,cultivate professional qualities such as serving the people,providing honest services and cultivating both morality and law.
