摘 要:为探讨高校辅导员主导的大学生职业生涯规划个体化辅导对大学生学业及就业的影响,选择2019级湖南工商大学工商管理专业大学本科生共85人,其中40人作为对照组接受一般“职业生涯”课程辅导,另外45人作为实验组接受个体化的职业生涯辅导,对两组学生的职业生涯规划制定情况、学业成绩、就业情况及职业生涯规划教学满意度等进行比较。研究表明,在课程教学的基础上高校辅导员开展大学生职业生涯规划个体化辅导能够更好地帮助大学生制订职业生涯规划,提高学习成绩,促进社会实践,降低就业焦虑,提高就业满意度。To explore the impact of college counselor-led individualized counseling of college students’career planning on college students’academics and employment,a total of 85 college undergraduates majoring in business administration in our university in the class of 2019 were selected,of which 40 received general career course counseling as the control group and the other 45 received individualized career counseling as the experimental group to compare the formulation of individual career planning,academic performance of the two groups,and employment and satisfaction with career planning teaching were compared between the two groups.The study shows that individualized career counseling by college counselors on the basis of curriculum teaching can better help college students make career plans,improve academic performance,promote social practice,reduce employment anxiety and improve employment satisfaction.
