摘 要:目的为药材海星、海燕和海盘车的区分和鉴别提供依据。方法利用热重分析仪,采用热重法(TG)和差示扫描量热法(DSC)对市售海星类药材进行分析,测定和分析海星类药材TG-DSC特征。结果TG-DSC图谱中海星、海燕和海盘车失重过程中有明显的4个阶段,有2个明显的放热峰和1个吸热峰。海星药材前三阶段失重变化最平缓,最终失重约60%,失重过程中分别有2个吸热峰和放热峰,其中光滑花海星放热峰最明显;海燕药材失重过程呈明显阶梯状,第四阶段失重最多,最终失重56.98%,DSC峰形似“山”形,有2个明显的放热峰和2个吸热峰;海盘车药材失重最多,罗氏海盘车最终质量损失72.83%,粗钝海盘车最终质量损失62.06%,同时海盘车药材在600~700℃附近有1个明显的平台期,失重变化不明显,罗氏海盘车有明显的3个放热峰,而粗钝海盘车仅有2个放热峰。结论研究发现海星、海燕和海盘车药材热重和差示扫描量热分析结果差异明显,可以作为一种快速分析与鉴别不同种海星类药材海星、海燕和海盘车的方法。Objective To establish a new method for the rapid identification of Asteroidea,Asterina pectinifera and asteroid.Methods Thermal weight method(TG)and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)were used to analyze the TG-DSC characteristics of starfish medicinal.Results There were four distinct stages in the weightlessness of Asteroidea,Asterina pectinifera and asteroid in the TG-DSC atlas,with two distinct exothermic peaks and one endothermic peak.The weightlessness change in the first three stages of starfish medicinal materials was the most gentle,and the final weightlessness was about 60%,and there were two endothermic peaks and exothermic peaks in the weightlessness process,among which the exothermic peak of Anthenoides laevigatus was the most obvious.The weightlessness process of Asterina pectinifera was obviously step-like,the fourth stage had the most weightlessness,and the final weightlessness was 56.98%,and the DSC peak was shaped like a“mountain”,with 2 obvious exothermic peaks and 2 endothermic peaks.The final mass loss of Asterias rollestoni Bell was 72.83%,the final mass loss of Asterias argonauta Djakonov was 62.06%,and the medicinal materials of Asterias rollestoni Bell had an obvious plateau period near 600-700℃,weightlessness change was not obvious,Asterias rollestoni Bell had obvious 3 exothermic peaks,while the Asterias argonauta Djakonov had only 2 exothermic peaks.Conclusion The study found that the results of thermal weight and differential scanning calorimetry analysis were obviously different,which could be used as a method for rapid analysis and identification of Asteroidea,Asterina pectinifera and asteroid.
