摘 要:随着全球人口的持续增长和人们对高质量生活的向往和追求,农业生产方式正面临着新的转变和挑战.关注农产品“营养化,功能化”的功能农业(functional agriculture)正逐渐受到中国乃至世界农业科学家的重视.尽管功能农业概念的提出仅有16年,但世界范围内关于功能微量营养素的研究已有上百年的历史.本文分析发现,国内外功能农业领域研究呈稳步上升趋势.国外相关研究主要集中在功能食品精准调控和加工等方向,而国内在土壤功能性成分评估、功能食品加工与封装技术等方面表现出较高的关注.本综述对于了解功能农业领域的当前研究现状、不足之处以及未来研究热点具有重要的启示意义.As the global population increases,the desire for a higher quality of life is becoming more common,and agricultural production methods are transforming and undergoing new challenges.Functional agriculture,which focuses on the“nutrition and functionality”of agricultural products,is gradually gaining scientific attention in China and worldwide.Although the concept of functional agriculture was introduced only 16 years ago,in 2008,studies on functional micronutrients have a worldwide history of over a century.The present study found that reports regarding functional agriculture are steadily increasing domestically and internationally.Moreover,international studies mainly focus on the precise regulation and processing of functional foods,whereas domestic studies focus on the assessment of soil functional components and technologies for processing and encapsulating functional foods.This review provides crucial insights into the current research landscape,identifies existing gaps,and highlights future research topics in functional agriculture.
