摘　　要：硒是一种必需的微量元素,主要以硒蛋白的形式存在,具有免疫调节和营养活性的功能.硒和硒蛋白通过调节细胞增殖分化、氧化应激、免疫反应和脂质代谢等生理过程来保护肝脏健康,进而起到预防或治疗肝脏疾病的作用.本文综述了硒在体内的吸收代谢以及硒蛋白的生理功能,重点解析了硒和硒蛋白调节肝脏氧化应激、免疫反应和脂质代谢的分子机制及其在肝脏疾病中的潜在作用,以期为硒用于预防和治疗肝脏疾病提供新的思路和依据.Selenium is an essential trace element,mainly in the form of selenoprotein,which has functions of immune regulation and nutritional activity.Selenium and selenoprotein protect liver health by regulating physiological processes such as cell proliferation and differentiation,oxidative stress,immune response and lipid metabolism,and thus play a role in the prevention or treatment of liver diseases.In this paper,the absorption and metabolism of selenium in vivo and the physiological functions of selenoprotein were reviewed,with emphasis on the molecular mechanism of selenium and selenoprotein regulating oxidative stress,immune response and lipid metabolism in the liver and its potential role in liver diseases,in order to provide new ideas and basis for the prevention and treatment of selenium in liver diseases.
