摘　　要：目的研究妊娠期高血压疾病(hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy,HDCP)患者蛋白C(protein C,PC)、蛋白S(protein S,PS)和抗凝血酶Ⅲ(antithrombinⅢ,ATⅢ)的变化,并探讨其与疾病程度的关系。方法回顾性分析2019年1月至2023年8月在郑州大学第三附属医院就诊的989例HDCP孕妇作为观察组。根据病情严重程度,将HDCP患者分为重度子痫前期组(n=445)、轻度子痫前期组(n=331)以及妊娠期高血压组(n=213)3组。同时,随机选取同期在本院进行孕期保健的正常孕妇(n=624)作为对照组。比较分析两组孕妇的一般资料以及PC、PS和ATⅢ水平,并探讨它们与疾病程度的相关性。结果与对照组孕妇相比,观察组孕妇PC、PS和ATⅢ水平明显降低(P<0.05)。且随着疾病程度加重,ATⅢ逐渐降低(P<0.05)。结论HDPC患者PC、PS和ATⅢ水平明显降低,并且ATⅢ水平随疾病程度加重而降低。Objective To study the changes of protein C(PC),protein S(PS),and antithrombinⅢ(ATⅢ)in patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy(HDCP)and their relationship with disease severity.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 989 pregnant women with HDCP who visited our hospital from January 2019 to August 2023 as the observation group.According to the severity of the condition,HDCP patients were divided into three groups:severe preeclampsia group(n=445),mild preeclampsia group(n=331),and gestational hypertension group(n=213).Meanwhile,normal pregnant women(n=624)who received prenatal care at our hospital during the same period were randomly selected as the control group.Compare and analyze the general information,PC,PS,and ATⅢlevels of two groups of pregnant women,as well as their correlation with disease severity.Results Compared with the control group,the levels of PC,PS,and ATⅢin the observation group were significantly reduced(P<0.05).And as the severity of the disease worsens,ATⅢgradually decreases(P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of PC,PS,and ATⅢin HDPC patients are significantly reduced,and the ATⅢlevel decreases with the severity of the disease.
