摘　　要：目的探究彩色多普勒超声在乳腺癌早期诊断中的实际应用与评估。方法本研究选取郑州人民医院2021年3月至2023年4月期间收治的109例乳腺癌患者作为试验组,并选取46例乳腺良性病变患者作为对照组。比较两组患者彩色多普勒超声参数,采用受试者工作特征(receiver operator characteristic curve,ROC)曲线分析搏动指数(pulsatility index,PI)、收缩期流速与舒张期流速比值(ratio of systolic to diastolic,S/D)及阻力指数(resistance index,RI)对乳腺癌诊断的影响。结果通过比较两组患者彩色多普勒超声参数。试验组患者PI(1.81±0.31)、S/D(4.92±0.83)及RI(0.62±0.08)参数低于对照组(2.41±0.71、6.41±1.33、0.96±0.13)(t=7.342、8.448、19.845,P<0.05)。彩色多普勒超声参数对乳腺癌早期诊断的ROC曲线分析。ROC曲线分析显示,PI、S/D、RI早期预测妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)的曲线下面积(area under curve,AUC)分别为0.698、0.818、0.983。结论彩色多普勒超声在乳腺癌早期诊断中具有良好的应用效果。Objective To explore the practical application and evaluation of color Doppler ultrasound in the early diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods Totally 109 patients with breast cancer admitted to the Zhengzhou People's Hospital from March 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the experimental group,and 46 patients with benign breast diseases were selected as the control group.The color Doppler ultrasound parameters of the two groups were compared.The receiver operator characteristic(ROC)curve was used to analyze the impact of pulsatility index(PI),ratio of systolic to diastolic flow velocity(S/D)and resistance index(RI)on the diagnosis of breast cancer.Results By comparing the color Doppler ultrasound parameters between two groups of patients.The parameters of PI(1.81±0.31),S/D(4.92±0.83),and RI(0.62±0.08)in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(2.41±0.71,6.41±1.33,0.96±0.13)(t=7.342,8.448,19.845,P<0.05).ROC curve analysis of color Doppler ultrasound parameters for early diagnosis of breast cancer.ROC curve analysis showed that the area under curve(AUC)for early prediction of GDM by PI,S/D,and RI were 0.698,0.818,and 0.983,respectively.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound has a good effect in the early diagnosis of breast cancer.
