摘  要:氧化铝α相含量是先进陶瓷、耐火材料、催化剂等行业关注的重要产品技术指标之一,国内外均采用X-射线衍射法进行检测。为满足检测需要,实现检测标准的一致性,该项目率先采用先进制备工艺及技术,成功开发出国内第一个氧化铝α相粉末衍射法测定用的国家标准样品,样品编号及批号为GSB 04-4103-2023。该标准样品α相含量为99.9%,Al_(2)O_(3)化学成分达到99.93%,晶胞参数a为0.475 92 nm, c为1.299 21 nm,符合粉末衍射标准联合委员会(JCPDS)标准卡00-043-1484,粒度D50为1.27μm,粒度分布宽度SPAN为1.51,特征峰强度高,结晶完善,能更好地满足检测的使用要求。此文重点介绍了标准样品的制备影响因素研究及生产过程。Aluminaα-phase content is one of the important product technical indicators that are concerned by advanced ceramics,refractory materials,catalysts and other industries.X-ray diffraction methods are used at home and abroad for the testing purpose.In order to meet the needs of testing and achieve the consistency of testing standards,the project took the lead in the use of advanced preparation technology,successfully developed the first domestic standard sample for the determination of aluminaα-phase by powder diffraction,the sample code and batch number is GSB 04-4103-2023.Theα-phase of the standard sample is 99.9%,the chemical composition of Al_(2)O_(3) is 99.93%,the lattice parameter a is 0.47592 nm,and c is 1.29921 nm,which are in compliance with the standard card 00-043-1484 of Joint Committee on Powder Diffraction Standards(JCPDS).Particle size D50 is 1.27μm,particle size distribution width SPAN is 1.51,the characteristic peak intensity is high,and the crystallization is perfect,which can better meet the requirements of detection.This paper focuses on the study on factors affecting the preparation and production process of standard samples.
