摘 要:随着双碳背景下行业政策的不断提出,电解铝生产能耗的控制面临着极大的挑战,节能升级改造迫在眉睫,其中提高电解槽磁流体稳定性是一项重要的手段。本文对某厂240 kA铝电解槽的磁流体稳定性进行研究,将母线配置进行整体原位升级。计算结果显示改造后的垂直磁场绝对值降低68%,同时均匀度得到大幅度改善;熔体区流速显著降低,界面变形减小0.6 cm。工业实践与效果显示,经磁流体优化后,再结合电解槽内衬及上部结构升级,电解槽运行指标优异,电解系列直流电耗降低约900 kWh/t-Al,节能效果和经济效益显著。With the continuous introduction of industrial policies against the"dual carbon"backgronnd,the control of energy consumption in electrolytic aluminum production is encountering significant challenges,the energy-saving upgrading and transformation are of utmost urgency.Enhancing the magnetic fluid stability of the aluminum reduction pot is one of the crucial means.This paper studies the magnetic fluid stability of 240 kA aluminum reduction pots in a smelter,and the in-situ upgrading of overall busbar configuration is carried out.The calculation results show that the absolute value of the vertical magnetic field is reduced by 68%,the uniformity is notably improved,the flow velocity in the molten zone is considerably reduced,and the interface deformation is decreased by 0.6 cm after the transformation.The industrial practice and results show that after optimizing the magnetic fluid as well as upgrading the inner lining and upper structure of the aluminum reduction pot,the operating indicators of the aluminum reduction pot are excellent,and the DC power consumption of the potline is reduced by about 900 kWh/t-Al,with significant energy-saving and economic benefits achieved as well.
