摘  要:本文研发了一种适用于阳极炭块库的自动单夹具,作为炭块智能堆垛天车的组成部分,补充智能仓储系统在单块处理上的功能。该自动单夹具由三自由度微动平台和激光测距传感器支架组成,采用炭块自动对齐算法控制被夹持炭块进行平移与旋转,实现对单一炭块的自动夹取和放置作业,完成废块夹取、补块、取样质检等功能。经过试验验证,自动单夹具可实现的定位精度小于5 mm和0.5°,单块夹取时间小于2.5 min,能够有效地解决炭块生产和使用过程中的复杂问题。This paper develops an automatic single clamp suitable for anode carbon block storage,as a component of the carbon block intelligent stacking crane,to supplement the function of the intelligent storage system in single block processing.The automatic single clamp consists of a three degree of freedom micro motion platform and a laser ranging sensor bracket.It uses an automatic alignment algorithm to control the translation and rotation of the clamped carbon block,achieving automatic clamping and placement of a single carbon block,and completing functions such as waste block clamping,block filling,sampling and quality inspection.After experimental verification,the automatic single clamp can achieve positioning accuracy of less than 5 mm and 0.5°,and the single block clamping time is less than 2.5 min,which can effectively solve complex problems in the production and use of carbon blocks.
