摘 要:针对TiCl_(4)铝粉除钒工艺存在的一次产出率偏低问题,开展了TiCl_(4)中主要杂质走向平衡、除钒试剂配比、精馏分离等研究。结果表明:精馏残渣排放和低沸点物采出量大会大幅降低精制一次产出率,除钒过程中的VOCl_(3)和AlCl_(3)超标均会增大精馏残渣排放量,而提高SiCl_(4)分离效率利于降低低沸点物的采出量。铝粉除钒过程中约91%的AlCl_(3)来自于低价氯化钛,其与VOCl_(3)杂质通过蒸馏和二级精馏排渣后去除率分别99.2%和99.998%。当前一级精馏塔的理论塔板数完全满足SiCl_(4)分离需求,其去除率可达91%。在低价氯化配比和反应时间分别为0.6%~0.75%和35 min条件下,精TiCl_(4)一次产出率可由57.16%提升至81.62%。Aiming at the problem of low primary yield in TiCl_(4) aluminum powder vanadium removal process,the balance of main impurities in TiCl_(4),the ratio of vanadium removal reagents,distillation separation and so on were studied.The results show that the discharge of distillation residue and the great extraction of low-boiling point substances will significantly reduce the primary yield,and the discharge of distillation residue will increase when VOCl_(3) and AlCl_(3) exceed the standard in the vanadium removal process,while improving the separation efficiency of SiCl_(4) will help reduce the extraction of low-boiling point substances.In the vanadium removal process from aluminum powder,about 91%of AlCl_(3) comes from low valent titanium chloride,and the removal rates of AlCl_(3) and VOCl_(3) impurities are 99.2%and 99.998%respectively after distillation and secondary rectification residue discharge.At present,the theoretical plate number of the first-stage distillation tower completely meets the separation requirements of SiCl_(4),and its removal rate can reach 91%.Under the conditions of low chlorination ratio and reaction time of 0.6%~0.75%and 35 min respectively,the primary yield of refined TiCl_(4) can be increased from 57.16%to 81.62%.
