摘 要:本文采用吹气法制备泡沫铝,通过调整增粘剂含量、发泡温度、搅拌速率与时间、吹气速率及牵引速率等手段,得到孔径均匀、密度可调的闭孔泡沫铝,并测试了厚度、孔径对泡沫铝样品屏蔽效能的影响。结果表明:厚度60 mm、密度0.16~0.20 g/cm3泡沫铝样品,在10 KHz~40 GHz范围内屏蔽效能在70~130 dB,且随着频率的增加,屏蔽效能稳定在110 dB左右。随着厚度的增加、孔径的减小,泡沫铝的电磁屏蔽性能增加,且随着孔径的减小,厚度对电磁屏蔽效能的影响也逐渐变小。Aluminum foams are prepared by gas injection method in this paper.Closed-cell aluminum foams with uniform pore size and adjustable density were obtained by adjusting the content of tackifier,foaming temperature,stirring rate and time,blowing rate and traction rate.The effects of thickness and pore size on the shielding efficiency of aluminum foams were tested.The results show that the shielding efficiency of aluminum foam samples with thickness of 60 mm and density of 0.16~0.20 g/cm 3 ranges from 70 to 130 dB in the range of 10 KHz to 40 GHz.The shielding efficiency is stable at about 110 dB with the increase of frequency.The electromagnetic shielding performance of aluminum foam increases with the increase of thickness and the decrease of pore size.The influence of thickness on electromagnetic shielding efficiency becomes smaller with the decrease of pore size.
