摘  要:针对科氏流量计在单相流情况下信号缓慢变化的特点和较高的测量精度需求,提出了一种SVD和UKF相结合的科氏流量计信号处理方法。首先采用SVD去噪方法减弱信号所携带的干扰噪声,然后建立待测信号的状态矢量、状态转移方程和观测方程,使用UKF算法对测量管两路输出信号进行参数追踪,最后利用更新后的状态估计值计算出相位差和信号频率。给出了方法的总体流程和实现步骤,并通过仿真和实际测试证明了整套算法是可行的,具有一定的应用价值。A signal processing method combining SVD and UKF for Coriolis flow meters is proposed to address the characteristics of slow signal variation and high measurement accuracy requirements under single-phase flow conditions.Firstly,the SVD algorithm is used to reduce the interference noise in the signal.Then,the state vector,state transition equation,and observation equation of the signal to be measured are established.The UKF algorithm is used to track the parameters of the two output signals of the measurement tube.Finally,the updated state estimation values are used to calculate the phase difference and signal frequency.The overall process and implementa-tion steps of the method are provided,and the feasibility of the entire algorithm is demonstrated through simulation and practical testing.The proposed method has certain application value.
