摘 要:针对多子模块串联导致的模块化多电平变流器故障带来的损失显著增加问题,研究基于激光扫描的模块化多电平变流器故障检测方法。针对模块化多电平变流器运行特征,采用激光扫描技术,通过激光器、成像物镜以及探测器等,采集模块化多电平变流器故障分布式大数据,如短路数据、开路数据、阀触发数据等。通过变流器故障激光扫描数据自适应结构重组,获取变流器故障激光扫描输出统计特征量。将该特征输入基于RBF神经网络故障检测模型中,模型通过学习与训练过程实现模块化多电平变流器故障检测,参考历史模块化多电平变流器故障原因,输出模块化多电平变流器故障类别。实验结果显示,所提方法在单一故障与多故障条件下故障检测精度均高于95%,可保障自身稳定运行。Aiming at the problem that the loss caused by the fault of modular multilevel converter induced by the serial connection of multiple submodules increases significantly,the fault detection method of modular multilevel converter based on laser scanning is stud-ied.According to the operation characteristics of the modular multilevel converter,the laser scanning technology is used to collect the fault distributed big data of the modular multilevel converter,such as short circuit data,open circuit data,valve trigger data,and so on,through lasers,imaging lenses,detectors,etc.The statistical characteristics of converter fault laser scanning output are obtained through adaptive restructuring of converter fault laser scanning data.The feature is input into the fault detection model based on RBF neural net-work,and the model realizes the fault detection of modular multilevel converter through learning and training process.The historical fault causes of modular multilevel converter are referred,and the fault categories of modular multilevel converter are outputed.The experi-mental results show that the fault detection accuracy of this method is higher than 95%under the condition of single fault to multiple faults,which can ensure its stable operation.
