新型电力系统背景下对传统故障隔离技术的融合性研究

摘  要:配电网是电力系统中不可或缺的环节,负责分配电能,在电力系统中扮演着重要角色。配电网发生故障时,伴随着出现大量的故障信息,比如故障动作信息、事件时序信息、故障指示器报警信息以及故障电压电流数据信息等,如何充分快速利用这些信息实现故障定位对恢复供电具有重要的意义。传统的配电网故障定位存在故障定位信息利用不充分,故障源信息单一,故障定位结果模糊等缺陷,为解决上述问题,提出了以多源信息为基础的配电网故障定位算法研究,充分利用故障时产生的开关量信息以及电气量信息,实现精确的故障定位:首先利用故障时的开关量信息进行故障区段定位,然后利用故障时量测的电气量信息实现测距定位,并引入μPMU量测数据实现配电网的精确故障定位。IEEE33节点的研究算例表明该算法原理简单、定位精度且不受故障类型、故障位置、故障线路的影响,可有效提高配电网故障恢复速度和运行抢修人员工作效率。The distribution network,as an indispensable part of the power system,is responsible for distributing electrical energy,and plays an important role in the power system.When a fault occurs in the distribution network,it is accompanied by a large amount of fault information,such as fault action information,event timing information,fault indicator alarm information,and fault voltage and current data information.How to fully and quickly utilize the corresponding information to achieve fault location is of great significance for resto-ring power supply.Traditional distribution network fault localization has shortcomings such as insufficient utilization of fault localization information,single fault source information,and fuzzy fault localization results.To address these issues,a distribution network fault local-ization algorithm based on multi-source information is proposed,which fully utilizes the switch information and electrical information generated during faults to achieve accurate fault localization.Firstly,the switch information during faults is used for fault section locali-zation.Then,the electrical information measured during the fault is used to achieve distance measurement and positioning,and precise fault location in the distribution network is enabled by introducingμPMU measurement data.The research example of IEEE33 node shows that the algorithm has simple principles,accurate positioning,and is not affected by fault type,fault location,or fault line,effec-tively improving the speed of fault recovery in distribution networks and the efficiency of operation and repair personnel.
