摘 要:为推进数字化转型战略落地,云边融合智能调度运行平台(CEP)应运而生。同时,为了满足负荷需求和运行限制,实现智能调度具有迫切的必要性。基于Rao(Cramér-Rao Lower Bound)算法提出了一种新的潮流调度模型。首先,考虑新型并网主体的特性,根据约束条件与目标函数构建出潮流调度模型。其次,构建并介绍了云端系统平台,其具备数据存储、计算能力和分布式计算资源,为优化算法提供了强大的支持和基础,同时,将Rao算法应用于潮流计算之中,根据最优解与最劣解之间的交互关系设计出相应程序。最后,在IEEE 30节点系统上进行了建模,同时将所提出的算法输入CEP调度平台进行试验,将结果与现有的优化方法进行了比较。结果表明,所提出的策略具有很好的收敛特性,与目标函数的适应度最强,其能够在保持高精度的同时避免过早陷入局部最优解。因此所提出的模型和方法能为CEP平台的构建提供稳定高效的调度优化方案。In order to promote the implementation of the digital transformation strategy,the cloud edge integrated intelligent scheduling op-eration platform(CEP)jointly built by the whole network come into being.At the same time,it is urgent to achieve intelligent scheduling in order to meet load demands and operational limitations.A new power flow scheduling model based on the Rao(Cramér Rao Lower Bound)algorithm is proposed.Firstly,considering the characteristics of the new grid connected entity,a power flow scheduling model is constructed based on constraint conditions and objective functions.Secondly,a cloud system platform is constructed and introduced,which has data storage,computing capabilities,and distributed computing resources,providing strong support and foundation for optimizing algo-rithms.At the same time,the Rao algorithm is applied to power flow calculation,and corresponding programs are designed based on the in-teraction relationship between the optimal solution and the worst solution.Finally,modeling is conducted on an IEEE 30 node system,and the proposed algorithm is inputted into the CEP scheduling platform for testing,and the results are compared with existing optimization methods.The results show that the proposed strategy has good convergence characteristics and the strongest adaptability to the objective function.It can maintain high accuracy while avoiding premature falling into local optimal solutions.Therefore,the model and method pro-posed can provide stable and efficient scheduling optimization solutions for the construction of the CEP platform.
