摘  要:核电厂棒控系统仪控板卡结构原理复杂、降质规律模糊,一般采用固定周期更换预维策略,维护成本高,可靠性较差。提出一种仪控板卡寿命评价技术。首先从卡件机理出发,开展电路结构、原理分析以及模块、器件失效分析。然后针对关键敏感器件进行加速老化试验,试验中采集器件性能退化参数,从而建立数据驱动的降质模型。最后进行电路运行仿真,将器件退化表征为卡件整体性能降质,结合蒙特卡洛仿真与3σ准则,对卡件寿命进行评估。对棒控系统电源板卡的寿命评价研究结果表明,该寿命评价技术准确可靠,能够对板卡更换策略及长期运维提供理论指导。The structure principle of instrument control board of nuclear power plant rod control system is complex and the quality re-duction law is fuzzy.Generally,the fixed periodic replacement pre-maintenance strategy is adopted,which has high maintenance cost and poor reliability.A life evaluation technique for instrument control board is presented.Firstly,the circuit structure,principle analysis and module,device failure analysis are carried out.Then the accelerated aging test is performed for key sensitive devices.The perform-ance degradation parameters of the device are collected in the experiment,and a data-driven quality reduction model is established.Fi-nally,the circuit running simulation is conducted to characterize the device degradation as the overall performance degradation of the board.Combined with Monte Carlo simulation and 3σcriteria,the life of the board is evaluated.The research results of life evaluation of power supply board of rod control system show that the life evaluation technology is accurate and reliable.Besides,this technology can provide theoretical guidance for board replacement strategy and long-term operation and maintenance.
