摘 要:近年来,随着信息技术、遥感技术及卫星定位系统等科学技术的迅猛发展,地籍测量逐步摆脱了传统人工操作的束缚,向数字化、自动化的现代化方法转型。数字化地籍测量技术的广泛应用,突破了传统测量方式的局限,极大地提升了土地信息的获取与管理效率。在城市土地管理、资源监测、土地流转及环境保护等领域,数字化地籍测量技术已成为不可或缺的重要支撑工具。随着技术的不断演进,其应用范围不断拓展,推动着土地管理各个环节的发展。In recent years,with the rapid development of science and technology such as information technology,remote sensing technology,and satellite positioning systems,cadastral surveying has gradually freed itself from the constraints of traditional manual operations and transformed into modern methods of digitization and automation.The widespread application of digital cadastral surveying technology has broken through the limitations of traditional surveying methods and greatly improved the efficiency of land information acquisition and management.In the fields of urban land management,resource monitoring,land transfer,and environmental protection,digital cadastral surveying technology has become an indispensable and important supporting tool.With the continuous evolution of technology,its application scope is constantly expanding,promoting the development of various aspects of land management.
