摘 要:随着土建工程规模的不断扩大,施工效率与成本控制面临着严峻挑战。BIM技术作为一种先进的信息化工具,已在土建工程中得到广泛应用,能够通过数字化模型优化设计、施工与管理过程,提高施工效率、减少资源浪费。通过对BIM技术在土建工程中的应用研究,发现其在项目进度、质量与成本控制等方面具有显著优势。BIM技术的有效应用不仅提升了施工效率,还为降低工程成本、提高工程管理水平提供了有力支持,对行业发展具有重要意义。With the continuous expansion of civil engineering scale,construction efficiency and cost control are facing severe challenges.BIM technology,as an advanced information tool,has been widely used in civil engineering.It can optimize the design,construction,and management processes through digital models,improve construction efficiency,and reduce resource waste.Through research on the application of BIM technology in civil engineering,it has been found that it has significant advantages in project schedule,quality,and cost control.The effective application of BIM technology not only improves construction efficiency,but also provides strong support for reducing project costs and improving project management level,which is of great significance to the development of the industry.
