摘 要:本文针对中国铁路面临的传统运维体系成本高、效率低、智能化与数字化水平不足等挑战,聚焦于移动载运装备、基础设施及机电设备三大关键领域,深入剖析了各领域内智能运维的核心技术要素。通过顶层规划设计,本文旨在搭建技术前沿与实际应用之间的桥梁,提出了一系列铁路智能运维科技研发的方向性思路与具体建议。这些研究成果的实施,预期将显著提升铁路运维的效率,大幅度降低运维成本,并增强铁路系统的安全性与可靠性,从而确立并巩固中国铁路在智能运维领域的全球领先地位。This paper addresses the challenges faced by China's railway industry,including high costs,low efficiency,and inadequate levels of intelligence and digitization in the traditional operation and maintenance(O&M)system.It focuses on three critical domains:mobile transportation equipment,infrastructure,and electromechanical equipment,providing an in-depth analysis of the core technological elements for intelligent O&M within each domain.Through top-level planning and design,this paper aims to establish a bridge between technological frontiers and practical applications,proposing directional ideas and specific suggestions for the scientific research and development of railway intelligent O&M.The implementation of these research findings is expected to significantly enhance the efficiency of railway O&M,drastically reduce operational costs,and strengthen the safety and reliability of railway systems,thereby establishing and consolidating China's global leadership in the field of intelligent railway operation and maintenance.
