摘  要:大型铁路枢纽因其自身因素多分布于城市外围,铁路枢纽与主城及各功能组团之间高效便捷的衔接,显得尤为重要。由于城市轨道交通投资巨大、公益性特征明显,部分城市对城市轨道交通发展的客观规律认识不足,对实际需求和自身实力把握不到位,存在规划过度超前、建设规模过于集中、资金落实不到位等问题,一定程度上加重了地方债务负担。本文以南京轨道交通4号线、15号线共线接入南京北站为例,探讨将轨道交通系统纳入综合集疏交通体系,通过时间空间资源的集约,在保障客流量及通达性的前提下,控制工程规模,节约投资,为今后国铁站房接入轨道交通策略提供借鉴经验。Due to the fact that large railway hubs are mostly distributed in the periphery of the city,the efficient and convenient connection between the railway hub and the main city and various functional groups is particularly important.Due to the huge investment in urban rail transit and the obvious characteristics of public welfare,some cities have insufficient understanding of the objective laws of urban rail transit development,and do not grasp the actual needs and their own strength,and there are problems such as excessive planning,too concentrated construction scale,and insufficient implementation of funds,which have increased the local debt burden to a certain extent.This paper takes Nanjing Rail Transit Line 4 and 15 as an example to integrate the rail transit system into the comprehensive collection and distribution transportation system,and through the intensification of time and space resources,under the premise of ensuring passenger flow and accessibility,the scale of the project is controlled,the investment is saved,and the future national railway station access rail transit strategy is provided.
