摘  要:在动车组实际服役过程中,由于轮对镟修导致撒砂装置载荷呈周期性演变,而载荷直接影响撒砂装置关键位置的寿命评估。因此,本文考虑载荷周期性演变对撒砂装置疲劳寿命进行评估。首先,研究了撒砂装置振动环境周期性演变特征,进而分析了运营里程对撒砂装置振动载荷分布演变特征的影响。最后,结合撒砂装置周期性载荷特征,考虑振动载荷周期性演变对撒砂装置进行寿命评估。结果表明:随着车辆运营里程增加,撒砂装置振动功率谱特征频带能量增强,频带幅值更发散。尤其300~700 Hz频带能量放大明显,垂向最为显著;撒砂装置在可靠度为95%情况下的寿命为29.8年,与基于标准IEC 61373和基于不同里程振动功率谱的撒砂装置寿命预测结果,均呈现较大差异。In the actual service process of high-speed trains,due to wheelset turning repair,the load of the sanding device evolves periodically,and the load directly affects the life assessment of the key positions of the sanding device.Therefore,this article considers the cyclic evolution of load to evaluate the fatigue life of the sanding device.Firstly,the periodic evolution characteristics of the vibration environment of the sanding device were studied,and then the influence of operating mileage on the distribution and evolution characteristics of the vibration load of the sanding device was analyzed.Finally,based on the periodic load characteristics of the sanding device,the periodic evolution of vibration load is considered to evaluate the service life of the sanding device.The results show that as the operating mileage of the vehicle increases,the characteristic frequency band energy of the vibration power spectrum of the sanding device is enhanced,and the frequency band amplitude is more divergent.Especially in the 300-700 Hz frequency band,the energy amplification is significant,with the most significant effect in the vertical direction;The lifespan of the sanding device is 29.8 years with a reliability of 95%,which is significantly different from the predicted lifespan of the sanding device based on standard IEC 61373 and different mileage vibration power spectra.
