摘　　要：动车所盖下工程主要功能包括动车组列车的停放、整备、检查、保养及修理,属于工业建筑。另一方面,动车所的各项功能均服务于高铁车辆存放和检修,区别于一般的工业建筑,具有市政公共交通设施的属性。动车运用所上盖进行物业开发,在+9.80m盖板上方开发汽车库,在16.30m盖板上开发住宅、学校、幼儿园、商业及配套服务建筑,均属于民用建筑[1]。动车运用所上盖开发属于新的建筑形式,盖板下空间最长区域长约1800m,最宽区域宽约350m,四周开敞但长距离跨度大,对于盖下各单体建筑定性,盖下部分单体(如存车场)的火灾危险等级均未做出明确规定。盖板下空间跨度大,建筑单体最大的尺寸约470m×146m,各大库及存车场单体疏散、消防救援设计及盖下空间整体疏散体系[2]、救援体系都难以按照现行《铁路工程设计防火规范》和《建筑设计防火规范》执行。综上,针对大体量复杂上盖动车运用所的消防场景,需要进行特殊论证研究和模拟仿真分析。The main functions of the engineering under the cover of the high-speed train include the parking,servicing,inspection,maintenance,and repair of high-speed trains,which belong to industrial buildings.On the other hand,the various functions of the high-speed train station serve the storage and maintenance of high-speed rail vehicles,which is different from general industrial buildings and has the attributes of municipal public transportation facilities.The property development is carried out on the upper cover of the high-speed train operation station,and a garage is developed above the+9.80m cover plate.Residential,school,kindergarten,commercial,and supporting service buildings are all civil buildings developed on the 16.30m cover plate.The development of the upper cover of the high-speed train application station belongs to a new architectural form.The longest area under the cover is about 1800m long,and the widest area is about 350m wide.The surrounding area is open but the long distance span is large.There is no clear regulation on the fire hazard level of the individual buildings under the cover,such as the parking lot.The space span under the cover plate is large,and the maximum size of a single building is about 470m×At 146m,it is difficult to follow the current"Code for Fire Protection Design of Railway Engineering"and"Code for Fire Protection Design of Buildings"for the evacuation and fire rescue design of individual warehouses and parking lots,as well as the overall evacuation and rescue system of the covered space.In summary,special argumentation research and simulation analysis are required for the fire protection scenarios of a large number of complex overhead high-speed trains.
