Self-anchored suspension bridge has become one of the commonly used bridge types in urban landscape bridges due to its unique landscape effect and good site adaptability. However, the load types of urban bridges are diverse, and the conventional linear elastic model is difficult to accurately calculate its mechanical characteristics. In this paper,a refined finite element model of a pedestrian-rail parallel self-anchored suspension bridge in a scenic spot is established by using the large-scale general finite element software ANSYS.Considering geometric nonlinearity and material nonlinearity, the elastic and elastoplastic stability coefficients of the bridge are compared and analyzed, and the stability coefficient of live load under dead load and the overall stability coefficient of dead load+live load are calculated. The results show that compared with elastic analysis, the results obtained by nonlinear analysis of self-anchored suspension bridge using ANSYS and other software are more real and accurate..The elastic stability coefficient of the bridge under the live load of the crowd_rail is greater than 4,the overall safety factor of the structure is 2.8,and the stability performance meets the requirements of the specification.
