摘  要:采用激光粉末床熔化(LPBF)技术制备镁合金植入物受到越来越多的关注,提升力学和耐腐蚀性能成为镁合金植入物需解决的重要问题。本文研究了LPBF中轮廓扫描次数及后续热处理对多孔植入物室温压缩与耐腐蚀性能的影响规律。结果表明:增加轮廓扫描次数能够有效提高多孔植入物压缩强度和弹性模量,调节耐腐蚀性能。6次轮廓扫描时,6C多孔植入物压缩性能最佳,压缩强度和弹性模量分别为67.8MPa和1.09 GPa;2次轮廓扫描时,2C多孔植入物腐蚀速率最低(0.55 mm/a)。短时间时效处理和短时间固溶处理均能有效降低植入物腐蚀速率,短时间时效处理对耐腐蚀性能提升最为显著;4 h时效处理后,6C多孔植入物的腐蚀速率由打印态时1.07 mm/a降低至时效处理态0.44 mm/a(浸泡7 d),降幅高达58.9%。The preparation of magnesium alloy implants using laser powder bed fusion(LPBF)technology has attracted increasing attention.Improving mechanical and corrosion resistance properties has become an important issue to be addressed for magnesium alloy implants.This paper studied the influence of the number of contour scans and subsequent heat treatment on the room-temperature compression and corrosion resistance properties of porous implants in LPBF.The results show that increasing the number of contour scans can effectively improve the compressive strength and elastic modulus of porous implants and regulate the corrosion resistance performance:when the number of contour scans is 6 times,the 6C porous implant has the best compression performance,with compressive strength and elastic modulus of 67.8 MPa and 1.09 GPa,respectively.When the number of contour scans is 2 times,the corrosion rate of 2C porous implant is the lowest(0.55 mm/a).Both short-time aging treatment and short-time solution treatment can effectively reduce the corrosion rate of the implant.The short-time aging treatment has the most significant improvement on the corrosion resistance performance:after 4 h aging treatment,the corrosion rate of the 6C porous implant is reduced from 1.07 mm/a in the as-printed state to 0.44 mm/a in the aged state(immersed for 7 d),with reduction rate of 58.9%.
