摘 要:海洋工程设施及装备受到海浪的冲刷磨损,以及微生物和海水中溶解物的腐蚀,使用年限大大缩短。高熵合金突破了传统合金设计理念,其独特的多元素固溶体结构展现出优异的磨损性能、力学性能和耐腐蚀性,在海洋工程中具有巨大的应用潜力。本文综述了高熵合金的磨损性能及其在海洋环境中腐蚀行为的最新研究进展。首先介绍了高熵合金的基本特性,讨论了磨损性能及提高磨损性能的方法。随后分析了高熵合金在海洋环境中的腐蚀行为,简要讨论了合金元素对耐腐蚀性能的影响,特别关注了微生物腐蚀现象,介绍了海洋微生物对合金腐蚀的机理。最后,总结了当前高熵合金研究中存在的问题,提出了高熵合金在海洋工程中未来应用的发展方向。The service life of marine engineering facilities and equipment will be greatly shortened due to the erosion and wear of waves,as well as the corrosion of microorganisms and dissolved substances in seawater.High-entropy alloys break through traditional alloy design concepts,and their unique multi-element solid solution structure exhibits excellent wear resistance,mechanical properties and corrosion resistance,making them highly promising for marine engineering applications.This review focused on the latest research progress on the wear performance and corrosion behavior of high-entropy alloys in marine environments.Firstly,the basic characteristics of high-entropy alloys were introduced,and the wear performance and methods to improve wear performance were discussed.Subsequently,the corrosion behavior of high-entropy alloys in marine environments was analyzed,and the influence of alloy elements on the corrosion resistance was briefly discussed.Special attention was paid to the phenomenon of microbial corrosion,and the mechanism of marine microorganisms on alloy corrosion was summarized.Finally,the problems in current research on high-entropy alloys were pointed out,and the future development direction of high-entropy alloys in marine engineering was proposed.
