摘  要:原生矿床中黄铜矿与辉钼矿嵌布关系紧密,且二者均有极好的可浮性,导致黄铜矿和辉钼矿的绿色、高效分离一直是选矿冶金领域的难点,研究者们针对二者的分离进行了大量研究。本文详细综述黄铜矿和辉钼矿分离的工艺,结合工业生产系统对比常规浮选、海水浮选、氧化浮选、电化学浮选、磁选及浸出焙烧等工艺,并分析各工艺在实际生产中的优缺点。除此之外,根据“抑铜浮钼”和“抑钼浮铜”的工艺路线,阐述了黄铜矿抑制剂、辉钼矿抑制剂以及黄铜矿氧化剂的研究现状,归纳出无机抑制剂、有机抑制剂和新型抑制剂的作用机理、应用情况,指出了未来黄铜矿和辉钼矿分离工艺、药剂的研发方向。In primary ore deposits,chalcopyrite and molybdenite are closely intergrown,and both of them have excellent floatability.This has made the green and efficient separation of chalcopyrite and molybdenite a longstanding challenge in the field of mineral processing and metallurgy.Researchers have conducted a large number of studies on the separation of these two minerals.This paper comprehensively reviewed the separation processes of chalcopyrite and molybdenite.By integrating industrial production systems,it made a comparative analysis of processes such as conventional flotation,seawater flotation,oxidation flotation,electrochemical flotation,magnetic separation,and leaching-roasting.The advantages and limitations of each process in practical production were also thoroughly examined.Furthermore,in line with the process strategies of“inhibiting molybdenum flotation with copper”and“inhibiting molybdenum flotation with copper”,this paper elaborated on the current research status of chalcopyrite inhibitors,molybdenite inhibitors,and chalcopyrite oxidants.The action mechanisms and applications of inorganic inhibitors,organic inhibitors,and novel inhibitors were systematically summarized.Finally,this paper indicated the prospective research and development directions of separation processes and reagents for chalcopyrite and-molybdenite.
