摘  要:针对工业循环排污水深度处理方案进行设计。在分析了废水的特性后,结合实际情况,选择“石灰软处理和反渗透处理”的工艺流程,通过石灰软化的方法去除循环水中的镁硬度,同时降低循环水排水中的磷酸盐,使其满足脱硫用水需求,同时通过反渗透系统进行浓缩,浓缩后的反渗透浓水作为脱硫系统的补水水源,淡水可作为化学除盐系统水源和循环水系统水源,实现资源化利用。The advanced treatment scheme of industrial circulating sewage was designed.After analyzing the characteristics of wastewater,combined with the actual situation,the process of"lime soft treatment and reverse osmosis treatment"was selected,and the magnesium hardness in the circulating water was removed by the method of lime softening,and the phosphate in the circulating water drainage was reduced to meet the demand for desulfurization water,and at the same time concentrated by the reverse osmosis system,the concentrated reverse osmosis concentrated water was used as the water source of the desulfurization system,and the fresh water could be used as the water source of the chemical desalination system and the water source of the circulating water system to realize resource utilization.
