水包水乳液合成及其影响因素研究

摘  要:以丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸、2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸为单体,以复合分散体系为分散剂,以氧化还原体系为引发剂,合成了阴离子水包水乳液。通过实验研究了合成条件对分散聚合产品性能的影响,并分别考察了引发剂用量、分散剂类型、分散剂用量以及单体有效质量分数对水包水分散聚合的影响,最终确定适宜的合成条件为:引发剂用量(质量分数,下同)为0.4%~0.8%,自制低聚物分散剂用量为8%~12%,单体有效质量分数为15%~21%。Anionic water-in-water emulsion was synthesized with acrylamide,acrylic acid and 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid as monomers,composite dispersion system as dispersant and redox system as initiator.The influence of synthesis conditions on the performance of dispersion polymerization products was studied through experiments,and the effects of initiator dosage,dispersant type,dispersant dosage,and effective monomer mass fraction on water-in-water dispersion polymerization were investigated.The optimal synthesis conditions were determined as follows:initiator dosage 0.4%~0.8%,self-made oligomer dispersant dosage 8%~12%,and effective monomer mass fraction 15%~21%.
