摘 要:学镀Ni-Co-B具有镀层均匀、硬度高、良好的耐磨性和软磁性等优异性能,因此得到了广泛的应用。但是由于化学镀Ni-Co-B镀层的性能不仅与镀浴性能及使用周期有关,还受基体材料的影响,再加上测定方法和条件的不同,要准确而全面地描述镀层的性能是很困难的。从耐腐蚀性方面研究Ni-Co-B镀层的性能,通过孔隙率实验、酸碱腐蚀实验、盐雾实验、极化曲线4种方法进行实验分析,并作出评价。结果表明:孔隙率实验结果说明钢镍钴硼镀层的孔隙率良好,表面有良好的耐蚀性;镀件在酸溶液中有气泡剧烈放出,镀层完全溶解,说明Ni-Co-B镀层是不耐酸蚀的。但在相同的条件下,镀件比原件的耐碱性大大提高,说明所镀的一层镍钴硼合金镀层起到了作用,化学镀Ni-Co-B镀件在碱性环境中的腐蚀速度仅为0.78 mm·a^(-1),较原件提高85.2%。盐雾实验证明镍钴硼合金镀层的耐腐蚀性较高;相同条件下对于Ni-Co-B镀层,当腐蚀电位达到-0.2 V时,电流密度为0.01 A·cm^(-2),这也表明Ni-Co-B镀层的耐蚀性较原件效果好。Electroless Ni-Co-B has been widely used because of its excellent properties such as uniform coating,high hardness,good wear resistance and soft magnetism.However,it is difficult to accurately and comprehensively describe the properties of electroless Ni-Co-B coating because the properties of electroless Ni-Co-B coating are not only related to the bath properties and the service cycle,but also affected by the base material,and the different measurement methods and conditions.In this paper,the performance of Ni-Co-B coating was studied from the aspect of corrosion resistance.The porosity test,acid-base corrosion test,salt spray test and polarization curve were used for experimental analysis and evaluation.The experimental results show that the porosity of the nickel cobalt boron coating is good,and the surface should have good corrosion resistance.The bubbles are released violently in the acid solution and the coating is completely dissolved,indicating that Ni-Co-B coating is not resistant to acid corrosion.However,under the same conditions,the alkaline resistance of the plating is greatly improved than that of the original,indicating that a layer of nickel-cobalt-boron alloy plating has played a role,and the corrosion rate of the electroless Ni-Co-B plating in the alkaline environment is only 0.78 mm‧a^(-1),which is 85.2%higher than that of the original.Salt spray test shows that the corrosion resistance of nickel-cobalt-boron alloy coating is higher.For Ni-Co-B coating under the same conditions,when the corrosion potential reaches–0.2 V,the current density is 0.01 A‧cm^(-2),which also indicates that the corrosion resistance of Ni-Co-B coating is better than that of the original.
