摘 要:为确保关中地区浅层地热资源的高效利用,针对关中地区地热水开发过程中的腐蚀结垢现象,研究N80钢在该地热水中的腐蚀结垢行为。首先采用水质分析方法和Larson指数法分析地热水的腐蚀结垢趋势,然后通过电化学法和失重法分析碳钢在地热水中的腐蚀结垢行为,最后采用扫描电镜和能谱分析对N80试片进行腐蚀结垢表征。结果表明:关中地区某小区地热水成垢阴离子含量高,Cl^(-)含量为2144.73 mg·L^(-1),腐蚀趋势为中等腐蚀趋势。N80钢在该地热水环境中的耐腐蚀性较好,在该地热水中为均匀腐蚀,腐蚀速率随温度升高而升高,腐蚀产物的主要组成元素为Ca、O、Fe。In order to ensure the efficient utilization of shallow geothermal resources in Guanzhong area,the corrosion and scaling behavior of N80 steel in geothermal water in Guanzhong area is investigated with respect to the corrosion and scaling phenomenon during the development of geothermal water in this area.Firstly,the corrosion and scaling trend of geothermal water was analyzed by water quality analysis method and Larson index method,then the corrosion and scaling behavior of carbon steel in geothermal water was analyzed by electrochemical method and weight loss method,and finally the corrosion and scaling characterization of N80 specimen was carried out by scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis.The results show that:Guanzhong region,a district geothermal water scaling anion content is high,Cl^(-)content of 2144.73 mg·L^(-1),the corrosion trend for the medium corrosion corrosion trend.N80 steel in the geothermal water environment of corrosion resistance is good,in the geothermal water for the homogeneous corrosion,the corrosion rate with the increase in temperature increases,corrosion products of the main components of the elements for Ca,O and Fe.
