摘 要:利用氯化胆碱-乙二醇-苯甲酸三元低共熔溶剂回收废旧锂电子中钴酸锂中有价元素,通过单因素实验和正交设计对浸出反应条件进行优化,并利用XRD、SEM对实验样品进行表征。浸出实验结果表明,反应温度在180℃后浸出率趋于稳定,反应时间在1~3 h时浸出效果较好,苯甲酸所占物质的量比应为0.1~0.5,固液比为3~5g·L^(-1)时能达到较好的效果。正交实验结果表明,影响钴浸出率因素由大到小的顺序为时间、温度、固液比、苯甲酸所占物质的量比;最优条件为:浸出温度160℃、浸出时间3h、苯甲酸所占物质的量比为0.4、固液比为5g·L^(-1);最优条件下钴离子浸出率为99.99%。A ternary eutectic solvent system of choline chloride-ethylene glycol-benzoic acid was utilized to recover valuable elements from spent lithium-ion batteries.The leaching conditions were optimized through single factor experiments and orthogonal design.The experimental samples were characterized by XRD and SEM.The leaching results showed that the leaching rate tended to stabilize after the reaction temperature exceeded 180℃,and the leaching effect was better when the reaction time was between 1 h and 3 h.The molar ratio of benzoic acid to substances should be from 0.1 to 0.5,the solid-liquid ratio in the range of from 3 g·L^(-1) to 5 g·L^(-1) could achieve good results.The orthogonal experiment results showed that the influential factors on cobalt leaching rate were ordered from big to small as follows:time,temperature,solid-liquid ratio,molar ratio of benzoic acid.The optimal conditions were as follows:leaching temperature 160℃,leaching time 3 h,molar ratio of benzoic acid 0.4,solid-liquid ratio 5 g·L^(-1).Under the optimum conditions,the leaching rate of cobalt ion was 99.99%.
