摘 要:以环氧树脂E-12作为基料,通过添加低温固化剂Tc125、填料硫酸钡、颜料钛白粉以及其他助剂,采用熔融挤出法制备了一种新型低温固化的环氧粉末涂料。降低了粉末涂料的固化温度,使之在热敏材料或不耐高温的基材上也可以使用。通过差示扫描量热法分析了固化剂的用量对粉末涂料固化性能的影响,通过性能测试分析了填料、颜料的用量对粉末涂料耐冲击、附着力、耐酸碱等性能的影响。制备的低温固化环氧粉末涂料通过机械性能和化学性能测试,涂层的外观、附着力、耐冲击程度及耐酸碱性能都较为良好。通过DSC分析确定了该配方的最佳固化温度和固化时间。A new low temperature curing epoxy powder coating was prepared by melt extrusion with epoxy resin E-12 as base material,adding low temperature curing agent TC125,filler barium sulfate,pigment titanium dioxide and other additives.The curing temperature of powder coating was reduced,so that it could also be used on thermal sensitive materials or high temperature resistant substrates.The effect of the amount of curing agent on the curing performance of powder coating was analyzed by differential scanning calorimetry.The effects of the amount of filler and pigment on the impact resistance,adhesion,acid and alkali resistance of powder coating were analyzed by performance test.The prepared low-temperature curing epoxy powder coating had passed the mechanical and chemical properties test,and the appearance,adhesion,impact resistance and acid-base resistance of the coating were relatively good.The optimum curing temperature and time of the formula were determined by DSC analysis.
