摘  要:目前国内以燃料电池为代表的氢能开发利用技术取得重大突破,对高纯氢的需求逐渐增加。介绍了以旋转阀为核心设备的PSA变压吸附制高纯氢工艺技术,对装置运行过程中可能存在的危险性进行分析,并从工艺方面提出针对性的安全防护措施,保障装置安全、平稳运行。At present,the domestic hydrogen energy development and utilization technology represented by fuel cells has made a major breakthrough,and the demand for high purity hydrogen is gradually increasing.In this paper,the PSA pressure swing adsorption technology for producing high purity hydrogen with rotary valve as the core equipment was introduced,the possible risks in the operation of the device were analyzed,and the specific safety protection measures were proposed from the aspect of the process to ensure the safe and stable operation of the device.
