摘 要:为解决含铜硫酸蚀刻废液的资源化回收与处理问题,提出了一种新型的膜电解耦合技术。结果表明:在阳极液Cu^(2+)为35 g·L^(-1)、H_(2)SO_(4)为180 g·L^(-1),中间液H_(2)SO_(4)为100 g·L^(-1),阴极液H_(2)SO_(4)为150~200 g·L^(-1),电流密度为300 A·m^(-2),电解8 h的优化条件下,铜的回收率达98.5%,纯度高达99.6%;硫酸的回收浓度为265 g·L^(-1),回收率为95.6%,纯度为98.5%。与传统方法相比具有回收率高、能耗低、成本低这些优势。该技术为酸性含铜废液的高效资源化利用提供了新思路,具有良好的应用前景。In this study,a novel membrane electrolytic coupling technology is proposed for the resource recovery treatment of coppercontaining sulfuric acid etching waste solution.The results showed that the electrolytic coupling technology was applied in the anode liquid Cu^(2+)⁺is 35 g·L^(-1),H_(2)SO_(4)is 180 g·L^(-1),intermediate liquid H_(2)SO_(4)is 100 g·L^(-1),cathode liquid H₂SO₄is 150–200 g·L^(-1),current density 300 A·m^(-2),electrolysis under the optimized conditions of 8 h,the recovery of copper reached 98.5%,the purity is as high as 99.6%;the recovery concentration of sulfuric acid is 265 g·L^(-1),the recovery rate was 95.6%and the purity was 98.5%.Compared with the traditional method,it has the advantages of high recovery rate,low energy consumption and low cost.This technology provides a new idea for the efficient resource utilization of acidic copper-containing waste liquid and has good application prospects.
