摘 要:磷是一种不可再生资源,全球磷矿储量在急剧枯竭,从废水中回收磷是迫切需要的。我国大部分污水处理厂所采用的污水处理方式是A^(2)/O工艺。为解决A^(2)/O工艺中脱氮除磷所存在的一些问题,提出了一种结合压力驱动水力旋流器和结晶除磷反应器的创新侧流工艺,以有效整合A^(2)/O系统厌氧阶段的磷释放和回收。这种方法能够快速分离厌氧池出水的污泥,然后通过HAP结晶回收富含磷的上清液,并确保释放磷的污泥再循环回到系统中。同时,通过优化工艺参数,可以实现磷资源的有效回收。Phosphorus is a non-renewable resource,and global phosphate rock reserves are rapidly depleting.Phosphorus recovery from wastewater is urgently needed.The sewage treatment method used by most sewage treatment plants in my country is the A^(2)/O process.This study aims to solve some problems existing in nitrogen and phosphorus removal in the A^(2)/O process,and proposes an innovative side-flow process that combines a pressure-driven hydrocyclone and a crystallization phosphorus removal reactor to effectively integrate the A^(2)/O system.Phosphorus release and recovery during the anaerobic phase.This method can quickly separate the sludge from the anaerobic tank effluent,and then recover the phosphorus-rich supernatant through HAP crystallization,while ensuring that the phosphorus-releasing sludge is recycled back to the system.At the same time,effective recovery of phosphorus resources is achieved by optimizing process parameters.
