摘 要:碳酸二乙酯(DEC)是一种环境友好型的对称碳酸酯,除作为燃料添加剂、有机合成中间体外,DEC还是优良的锂离子电池电解液。以CO_(2)与乙醇作为原料制备DEC是符合绿色化学的合成路线,既能够减少CO_(2)排放,又能够合成重要化工产品。介绍了导致反应物转化率和产物收率较低的主要原因,即CO_(2)难以活化及受到热力学限制。重点综述了近年来应用于该反应的均相、非均相催化剂研究进展。讨论和分析了该路线所用催化剂的结构、性能及脱水体系,并对不同催化体系进行了归纳和分析。最后对于未来催化剂的合成方向及合成工艺进行了展望,提出需进一步研究CO_(2)活化机理,开发价廉、高效的催化剂及绿色、低毒的脱水剂,并耦合脱水体系是今后的主要发展趋势。Diethyl carbonate(DEC)is an eco-friend symmetric carbonate.Besides its use as fuel additive or organic synthetic intermediate,DEC is an excellent solvent in electrolyte of lithium-ion batteries.The synthesis of DEC from CO_(2) and ethanol is a type of green synthetic route,which can not only reduce CO_(2) emissions,but also produce green chemical product of DEC.In this paper,the main reasons for the lower reactant conversion and product yield were briefly introduced,that was,difficulty in CO_(2) activation and thermodynamic equilibrium.Research progress of homogeneous and heterogeneous catalysts used in this reaction in recent years was reviewed.The structures,catalytic performances of the catalysts and dehydration system used in this route were discussed in detail,and different catalytic systems were summarized and analyzed.At last,the synthesis direction and development trend of future catalysts were prospected.It was pointed out that the activation mechanism of CO_(2) should be further studied;the development of economical,efficient catalysts and green,less toxic dehydrating agents and its coupling with dehydration system would be the main development trend in the future.
