摘　　要：采用固定模板离子后印迹法,以镉为模板离子、聚丙烯(PP)微孔膜为基体、半胱氨酸为功能单体、环氧氯丙烷为交联剂,制备对镉离子具有高度选择性的离子印迹聚合物。采用红外光谱、扫描电子显微镜和DSC对各阶段的微孔膜结构、形貌、热性能进行了表征,并采用平衡吸附法考察镉印迹PP膜的选择吸附性能。结果表明:由红外光谱中2485 cm^(-1)处出现—SH伸缩振动峰和DSC中119.2℃出现新的熔融峰,说明半胱氨酸接枝在PP膜表面;由SEM发现,接枝交联后,PP膜表面粗糙,纤维变粗,比表面积减小,说明功能单体和交联剂接枝交联共聚在PP膜表面;镉离子印迹PP微孔膜的吸附量在考察范围内均大于其相对应的非离子印迹PP微孔膜的吸附量。The ion-imprinted polymer with high selectivity for cadmium was prepared by imprinted technology after fixed template ion,using Cd^(2+)as template,cysteine as functional monomer and epoxy chloropropane as cross-linked agent.The structure,surface morphology and thermal properties were characterized by infrared spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy and DSC.The results showed that there was a stretching vibration peak of-SH at 2485 cm^(-1) from the FT-IR spectra and there was a new melting peak at 119.2℃from DSC spectra,which indicated that cysteine was grafted in the PP membranes.After cross-linked grafting,PP membranes had rough surface,coarse fiber and reduced specific surface area from the SEM,which indicated that functional monomer and crosslinking agent are grafted and crosslinked on the surface of PP film.The selective adsorption properties of cadmium imprinted PP membranes were investigated by equilibrium adsorption method.The results showed that the adsorbing capacity of IIP was greater than Cd-NIP in the investigated mass concentration range.
