摘  要:加氢裂化技术是石油加工领域的一项关键技术,其显著优势在于提高产品质量、增加产量、降低能耗以及环保等方面的作用。加氢裂化反应将长链烃分子裂解为短烃链和烷烃分子。加氢技术被认为是应对原油逐渐重质化和劣质化的一种重要手段。近年来,国内外加氢裂化技术得到迅速发展,其中固定床加氢裂化技术被广泛应用,在国际加氢市场中占据主导地位。相较于固定床加氢技术,沸腾床加氢裂化技术传质效率更高,但装置投资和操作费用较高,操作复杂,等因素限制了其进一步发展。Hydrocracking is a key technology in the field of petroleum processing,with significant advantages in terms of improved product quality,increased production,reduced energy consumption,and environmental protection.Hydrocracking reaction cracks long chain hydrocarbon molecules into short hydrocarbon chains and alkane molecules.Hydrocracking technology is considered to be an important means to cope with the gradual heaviness and deterioration of crude oil.In recent years,domestic and foreign hydrocracking technologies have developed rapidly,among which fixed-bed hydrocracking technology is widely used and dominates the international hydrogenation market.Compared with fixed-bed hydrotreating technology,boiling-bed hydrocracking technology has higher mass transfer efficiency,but factors such as higher investment and operating costs of the plant and complicated operation have limited its further development.
