摘 要:以辽宁某化工企业烧碱生产流程为研究对象,基于排放因子法对烧碱生产流程温室气体排放总量进行核算,定量分析了工艺流程中各环节和各类能源消耗对排放总量的影响。结果表明:在某自然年度内烧碱生产流程温室气体排放总量为625 562.2 t二氧化碳当量。从系统构成来看,直接生产系统的温室气体排放贡献度为73.06%,而间接生产系统温室气体排放贡献度为26.94%,能源消耗中电力消耗所导致的温室气体排放占比最大,可见电力消耗是烧碱生产流程温室气体排放最大的影响因素。Taking the caustic soda production process of a chemical enterprise in Liaoning province as an research object,the total amount of greenhouse gas emissions from the caustic soda production process was calculated based on the emission factor method,the influence of each link and all kinds of energy consumption in the process flow on the total emission was quantitatively analyzed.The results showed that,in a natural year,the total amount of greenhouse gas emissions from caustic soda production was 625562.2 t carbon dioxide equivalent.The contribution of direct production systems to greenhouse gas emissions was 73.06%,while that of indirect production systems was 26.94%,electricity consumption accounted for the largest proportion of greenhouse gas emissions in energy consumption,which showed that electricity consumption was the largest influence factor of greenhouse gas emissions in caustic soda production process.
