摘　　要：近十余年来,中国羊肚菌栽培在理论和技术上取得了令人瞩目的成果,总体处于世界领先水平,在脱贫攻坚过程中发挥了较好的作用,未来也将在乡村振兴中助力农村经济发展。本文在综述羊肚菌栽培理论涉及的基础概念及研究难点基础上,结合研究和生产经验,从栽培设施与栽培模式两方面,分析我国羊肚菌栽培技术的应用现状及瓶颈,并展望未来理论研究和技术发展趋势,为其后续研究和生产提供借鉴和参考。Over the past decade,remarkable achievements have been made in both the theory and technology of Morchella cultivation in China,which has positioned the country at the forefront globally.These advancements played a significant role in poverty alleviation and were expected to further contribute to rural economic development within the context of rural revitalization.This paper reviews the fundamental concepts and research challenges associated with Morchella cultivation theory.Drawing on research findings and practical production experiences,it analyzes the current application status and technological bottlenecks of Morchella cultivation techniques in China,focusing on cultivation facilities and models.Furthermore,it provides an outlook on future theoretical research directions and technological development trends,offering valuable insights and references for subsequent studies and production practices.
