摘  要:系统谐波阻抗变化及背景谐波电压变化均会影响谐波责任划分结果准确性,同时背景谐波电压波动亦对其产生较大影响,尚无统一方法同时解决上述问题。对此,提出一种基于Hausdorff距离和改进密度峰值聚类的谐波责任划分方法。首先,采用Hausdorff距离算法筛选稳定数据段,计算等效系统谐波阻抗和等效背景谐波电压;然后,将等效参数和采样数据分别聚类,根据类簇配对法对等效参数类簇与采样数据类簇配对,确定运行场景,对多个运行场景下的谐波责任进行划分;最后,建立典型三馈线模型进行算例分析,验证所提方法的有效性和准确性。结果表明,所提方法既分别适用于解决系统谐波阻抗变化及背景谐波电压变化问题,又减小了背景谐波电压波动影响,提高了谐波责任划分结果的准确性。The changes of system harmonic impedance and background harmonic voltage will affect the accuracy of harmonic responsibility division results,and the fluctuation of background harmonic voltage also has a significant impact.Currently,there is no unified method to address these issues simultaneously.In this regard,we proposed a harmonic responsibility division method based on Hausdorff distance and improved density peaks clustering.Firstly,we employed the Hausdorff distance algorithm to screen the stable data segment and to calculate the equivalent system harmonic impedance and the equivalent background harmonic voltage.Secondly,we clustered the equivalent parameters and sampling data separately.Based on the cluster pairing method,we paired the equivalent parameter cluster with the sampled data cluster to determine the running scenario and divided harmonic responsibility in multiple running scenarios.Finally,we established a typical three-feeder model for case analysis to verify the effectiveness and accuracy of the proposed method.The results show that the proposed method is suitable for addressing the issues of system harmonic impedance change and background harmonic voltage change,and it reduces the influence of background harmonic voltage fluctuation,thereby enhancing the accuracy of harmonic responsibility division results.
