摘 要:针对宽电压运行直流源接入直流电网的应用场景,提出一种基于T型桥臂与双变压器、在宽电压增益范围保持高效率运行的新型直流变换器。首先,根据不同电压增益进行拓扑重构,给出了变换器三种可选的工作模式,并通过傅里叶分解推导了三自由度控制下的数学模型。其次,结合矢量图分析法得到满足运行条件的最优占空比,并给出了一种三自由度效率优化控制算法。再次,还基于单移相控制的工作模式切换控制策略,实现了变换器双变压器的零电流切换。最后,通过1 kW实验样机对所提变换器拓扑及控制方法进行验证,当输入电压由100 V到500 V范围变化时,效率最高可达97.66%,最低93.7%,与相同运行条件下的T型DAB相比,所提变换器在较宽电压范围内能够有效提升运行效率。In this paper,we proposed a novel DC/DC converter based on T-type bridge arm and dual transformers for the application scenario where a DC source with wide voltage output is connected to the DC grid.Firstly,we reconstructed the topology according to different voltage gains,presented three alternative operating modes of the converter,and derived the mathematical model under the control of three degrees of freedom by Fourier decomposition.Secondly,we combined the vector graph analysis method to obtain the optimal duty ratio that satisfies the operating conditions,and proposed a three-degree-of-freedom efficiency optimization control algorithm.Thirdly,we achieved the zero current switching of double transformers based on the single phase shift control mode switching control strategy.Finally,we validated the proposed converter topology and control method through 1 kW experimental prototype.When the input voltage varies from 100 V to 500 V,the highest efficiency can reach 97.66%and the lowest 93.7%.Compared with T-DAB under the same operating conditions,the proposed converter can effectively improve the operating efficiency in a wide voltage range.
