摘  要:我国辅助服务市场在近年来得到了快速的建设与发展,其中电能量市场与调频辅助服务市场顺次出清机制以及联合出清机制为目前我国典型的两种联合市场出清机制。首先,基于我国目前的典型出清机制建立了包含日前安全约束组合、安全约束经济调度模型的联合市场顺次出清机制模型以及联合出清模型,并采用滑动滤波法确定了二次调频需求量。其次,在不同系统负荷条件下,对比两种市场出清机制下所确定的发电计划、调频市场中标容量、各市场边际价格以及结算总成本。算例表明在负荷较小情况下,顺次出清市场机制能够更好地使风电场参与到调频任务之中,且总成本相对联合市场机制有所减少,但联合出清机制下系统的二次调频中标结果与二次调频需求量变化更加一致;负荷较大情况下,为保证良好经济性,联合出清机制能够在满足频率限值范围的情况下适当弃风,而顺次出清机制则会发生剩余容量无法在经济性的基础上满足调频市场需求的问题。Chinese auxiliary service market has experienced rapid construction and development in recent years.The sequential clearing mechanism and the joint clearing mechanism,involving both electricity energy market and frequency modulation auxiliary service market,are two typical joint market clearing mechanisms.Firstly,based on the current typical clearing mechanism,we established a joint sequential clearing mechanism model and a joint clearing model,both including the day-ahead security constraint combination and the security constraint economic dispatching model,and used the sliding filtering method to determine the secondary frequency modulation demand.Secondly,under different system load conditions,we compared the power generation plan,bid-winning capacity in the FM market,marginal price of each market and total settlement cost determined by two market clearing mechanisms.The results show that in the case of low load,the sequential clearing market mechanism better enables wind farms to participate in frequency modulation tasks,and the total cost is reduced compared with the joint market mechanism.However,under the joint clearing mechanism,the bid-winning result of the system in secondary frequency modulation is more consistent with the change of secondary frequency modulation demand.In the case of high load,in order to ensure economic efficiency,the joint clearance mechanism can appropriately discard wind power generation within the frequency limit range,while the sequential clearance mechanism may result in the remaining capacity cannot meet the frequency modulation market demand on the basis of economy.
