摘  要:针对传统的三维建模技术测绘手段烦琐、构建模型难度大、时间长、效率和精度低等问题,本文结合常规无人机倾斜摄影测量与仿地倾斜摄影测量技术,设计出精细化实景三维建模的技术路线。以江西环境工程职业学院为例制作出了高精度校园实景三维模型和重点建筑物的单体化模型,并采用贴近摄影测量技术对复杂建筑物进行修饰优化,较好地提升了模型的精度。基于多源影像数据融合的模型成果能够达到城市级实景三维模型的精度要求,可广泛应用于校园文化宣传、基础设施建设和安全管理等领域,为智慧校园的建设提供重要的数据支撑和保障。In response to the problems of cumbersome surveying and mapping methods,difficult model construction,long duration,and low efficiency and accuracy in traditional three-dimensional(3D)modeling technology,this paper combined conventional unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)oblique photogrammetry and simulated ground oblique photogrammetry to design a technical route for refined realistic 3D modeling.By taking Jiangxi Environmental Engineering Vocational College as an example,high-precision realistic 3D models of the campus and monolithic models of key buildings were produced,and close photogrammetry was used to modify and optimize complex buildings,which effectively improved the accuracy of the model.The model results based on multi-source image data fusion can meet the accuracy requirements of urban-level realistic 3D models and can be widely applied in fields such as campus culture promotion,infrastructure construction,and campus safety management,providing important data support and guaranteeing the construction of smart campuses.
